Getting here

Riyuegu is in Haicang District, on the mainland side of the bridge from Xiamen Island, about 30 minutes from the city centre.

By taxi or ride-hailing

The simplest way to arrive. Taxis and ride-hailing apps are widely available across the city and come directly to the entrance. As a general guide:

• Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport or Xiamen Railway Station: around 30 minutes, approximately RMB 70
• Xiamen North Railway Station: around 25 minutes, approximately RMB 40
• Zhongshan Road or SM City: around 30 minutes, approximately RMB 60

Times and fares vary with traffic and time of day.

By metro and shuttle

Take Metro Line 2 to Dongfu Station and leave by Exit 4. A free shuttle runs between Exit 4 and Riyuegu. No booking is needed.

• Dongfu Station Exit 4 to Riyuegu: first service 10:00, last service 20:00
• Riyuegu to Dongfu Station Exit 4: first service 09:45, last service 19:45
• Hourly departures

By bus

• From central Xiamen: take any bus to Xin'an in Haicang (海沧新垵站), then change to route 830 or 805 to Riyuegu Hotsprings
• From Xiamen North Railway Station: take route 980 to Guoban (过坂站), then walk to Riyuegu Hotsprings

By car

From Xiamen Island, cross the Haicang Bridge and follow the Maqing Road viaduct, the Haixin Tunnel and the Fulian Road viaduct to Riyuegu. 

Coming from Fuzhou or Quanzhou, leave the expressway at the Haicang exit, turn right onto National Highway 324, and after about five minutes turn right onto Fulian Road at the Dongfu Haicang junction.
