Booking. We recommend booking ahead of your visit so that you can be seen at the time you want.

Arriving. Please arrive at reception at least 15 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may have a shorter treatment, as the following booking cannot be delayed.

Cancelling. Your time is held for you alone. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least one hour beforehand.

Quiet. The spa is kept quiet out of consideration for other guests. Please do not smoke, and switch your phone off or to silent.

Valuables. Safe deposit boxes are available at the reception desk.

What to wear. For traditional Chinese treatments, you may stay in the robe we provide. Other treatments are given without clothing, and you will be given a gown to change into. Your therapist is trained to keep you covered and comfortable throughout.

Comfort. Room temperature, pressure and music volume can all be adjusted at any point. Please say if anything is not right for you.

Health. If you are pregnant, or have high blood pressure, a heart condition or any other medical condition, please speak to your doctor before booking. Tell your therapist about any relevant medical history before the treatment begins.
